I believe it depends on your keyboard layout. if your R is way out by the I then maybe, but the R is right next to the E on a qwerty,and the TH are within close proximity so your could type there with one hand rather quickly then compared to a two handed their. So you do shave about a nanosecond or so off of your time by typing there instead of their. (point is, you do save time, just not a reasonable amount of time)

1)There: used when referring to a place "The park is over THERE."

2)Their: used when referring to a person in an ownership position "That is THEIR kite"

3)They're: used to describe a person(s), or what they are doing "They're going to the park"
"They're tired")
(this is just a basic summary that I wrote in my own words, add to it if you like and make it more accurate. You have Wikipedia power over these definitions labeled as 1), 2), and 3))
